Wallace has extensive experience and professional knowledge in luxury fashion management, manufacturing, marketing and retailing. Wallace is always delighted to talk and help companies and entrepreneurs from around the world about innovative technologies and sustainability . Draw on over 2 decades of diverse international experience, especially in Asia & Mainland China. In 2014, Wallace established a subsidiary group in Federation of Hong Kong (FHKI) Industries and he has been elected by group members as group chairman and board of director of FHKI. He is also a founding director in Asian region of an International Trade Federation since 2013. From 2008 to present he is a board of director of a Hong Kong luxury fashion federation and he was elected as its chairman in 2011-12.

Wallace is a candidate for Certified Sustainable Development Planner (CSDP) and  holds a  Bachelor of Social Science in Economic and Asian Studies double major from the University of British Columbia Canada.

Wallace devoted his life time with his colleagues researching the benefit of natural animal and natural plant fiber usage versus artificial fiber. He has strong believe that the worldwide environment will be less impact with proper usage and recycling natural animal and plant fiber. When 20 years ago the world still not familiar with the term “sustainability”, he together with his colleagues  already urged his International trade federation  funds  animal fiber sustainability research study with different institutes. He also promotes fashion recycling campaign with supports across different Asian countries members.
